About the role
Join Sofitel Melbourne on Collins, a 5‑star luxury hotel, as a Turndown Room Attendant. You will ensure guest rooms are beautifully presented each evening, delivering the high standards expected in a premium hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform evening turndown service in guest rooms and suites to 5‑star standards.
- Refresh and replenish amenities, towels, and supplies, and ensure bathrooms are immaculate.
- Conduct detailed room checks, report maintenance issues, and respond promptly to guest requests.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping and Front Office teams to provide a seamless guest experience.
Required profile
- Warm, caring personality with a focus on guest needs.
- Flexibility to work rotating roster, including afternoons and late evenings.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
