Trust Accountant – Perth CBD (Up to $120K + Super)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Trust Accountant to manage the financial aspects of a commercial and retail property portfolio in Perth CBD. The role involves trust accounting, reporting, budgeting and supporting property‑related financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage trust accounting and perform reconciliations.
• Prepare month‑end reports, forecasts and budgets.
• Process accounts payable and receivable.
• Support recoverable outgoings, audits and financial reporting.
• Monitor CAPEX expenditure and other property‑related financial activities.
• Collaborate with finance and property management teams to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Trust Accountant within commercial, retail or property management.
• Proficiency with Cirrus8 (essential).
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting and reconciliation abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Effective communication and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
