Transport Support Officer – Minto Warehouse

About the role

Redox is seeking an enthusiastic Transport Support Officer to join its Minto warehouse team. This permanent, full‑time position supports daily transport and inventory operations while collaborating with the wider Operations Team to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and write consignment notes
• Arrange freight bookings for deliveries and receivals
• Record and reconcile pallet transactions
• Manage inventory, investigate stock variances and quality issues
• Track and upload proof of deliveries
• Release forward orders
• Compile delivery run sheets and store reports
• Laminating Emergency Information Panels (EIP’s)
• Respond to sales/marketing queries and provide general administrative support
• Assist sales representatives and other staff with queries
• Ensure compliance with Redox policies, WH&S procedures and relevant legislation

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar transport or warehouse support role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and customer‑centric attitude
• Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Dangerous goods handling experience is an advantage
• Reliable with strong time‑management abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexible, able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Looking for a long‑term career in warehousing, transport and logistics
