Transport Planner

About the role

CSR is looking for an experienced Transport Planner to join its Ingleburn team. You will coordinate daily transport operations, optimise schedules and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage daily transport schedules and allocate loads to partners.
• Monitor performance, adjust plans as needed and liaise with providers, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with Chain of Responsibility and transport legislation.
• Analyse operational data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Record activities accurately in the SAP Transport Management System.

Required profile

• Previous experience in transport planning, scheduling or logistics coordination.
• Strong knowledge of transport operations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage changing priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP, particularly the Transport Management System (TMS).
• Hands‑on experience in transport planning and schedule optimisation.
• Understanding of Chain of Responsibility and related transport legislation.
