Transport Coordinator

About the role

The Transport Coordinator ensures seamless coordination of heavy vehicle and driver movements for Qube's Linehaul and local operations in Western Australia. This role supports day‑to‑day logistics, project logistics and the broader Qube Transport strategy while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all heavy vehicle and driver movements for QE Linehaul and local scope works.
• Serve as the primary liaison for daily operational activities and QE‑West clients.
• Manage maintenance scheduling for trucks and trailers with administrators and asset coordinators.
• Prepare and allocate operational documents, rosters and daily toolbox meetings.
• Liaise with subcontractors to ensure compliance and scope awareness.
• Oversee contract service delivery, reporting and cartage docket accuracy.
• Issue Journey Management Plans and coordinate site movements for warehousing and subcontractors.
• Utilise Qube Connect daily to optimise freight operations.
• Process driver timesheets and capture completed scope work.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in logistics or supply‑chain operations.
• Experience with contract management and supplier delivery.
• Safety‑focused mindset with strong integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
