Training Specialist – Product & Sales Training

About the role

The Training Specialist will join Samsung Electronics Australia’s Learning & Development team to design and deliver high‑impact product and sales training. You will work directly with retail stores and call‑centre teams, translating technical product knowledge into engaging learning experiences that boost sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate interactive training sessions for groups of up to 80 participants, both in‑person and virtually.
• Design training plans aligned with stakeholder briefs and support major events such as roadshows, PR launches and VIP nights.
• Coach retail sales teams, deliver induction and ongoing training, and demonstrate best‑practice customer interactions.
• Report on training activities, share insights and recommendations, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years experience in Learning & Development, training or a related field.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with experience delivering to large audiences.
• Background in retail or sales, preferably with complex or technical products.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder collaboration and time‑management abilities.
• Willingness to travel interstate and overseas once a month.
