Training Specialist – On‑site Contract Role

About the role

The Training Specialist will design, deliver and continuously improve on‑site training programmes for Orange employees and contractors. This contract position focuses on ensuring competence, compliance and safety across technical and operational activities, including project‑specific work.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver site‑based training, including inductions and project‑specific safety and technical sessions.
• Coordinate with internal departments and project teams to keep training materials accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Identify gaps in training content or delivery methods and drive updates aligned with business priorities.
• Contribute to the development and review of training packages to reflect current procedures, risks and operational requirements.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in training, education or a related field (e.g., Cert IV in Training & Assessing).
• Experience delivering technical or operational training, preferably in infrastructure or mining environments.
• Understanding of adult learning principles, training frameworks and performance evaluation methods.
• Strong administrative ability with attention to detail for training records and compliance data.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems such as SuccessFactors LMS or similar platforms.

What we offer

• Approximately two‑year contract with a very competitive day rate.
• Full‑time onsite work (5 days/week) with the possibility of part‑time arrangements.
