Training Facilitator

About the role

The Lottery Corporation is seeking a Training Facilitator to design, deliver and continuously improve training programmes for our retail network. You will support both new and existing retailers, providing digital and face‑to‑face sessions that reflect the latest products, technologies and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and enhance robust training programmes for digital and in‑person learning across the retail network.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers, supplying modern coaching resources and methodologies.
• Equip retailers and venue partners with the knowledge and tools needed to drive sales, maintain standards and ensure compliance.
• Participate in channel growth projects and create learning initiatives for new and established retail partners.
• Develop and sustain a state‑wide network of training outlets.
• Provide consistent feedback to the Training and Education Team to keep programmes relevant and effective.
• Stay up‑to‑date with The Lottery Corporation’s products, systems and processes.

Required profile

• Proven ability to deliver training both in‑person and online.
• Experience training ESL participants.
• Strong knowledge of lottery products and gaming terminals.
• Capability to tailor education programmes to diverse learner needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of relevant legislation, regulations and company policies.
• Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training (preferred).
• Valid driver’s licence.
