Training Coordinator – Ramp

About the role

The Training Coordinator – Ramp will join dnata’s Perth team to manage and deliver ramp training programs. This position ensures that all training activities meet safety, compliance and performance standards while supporting the growth of frontline staff.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, coordination and delivery of all ramp training, orientation and competency programmes.
• Evaluate training effectiveness against industry standards and VET/RTO quality frameworks.
• Provide on‑the‑job coaching, mentoring and performance feedback to achieve high service standards.
• Conduct regular audits of training records and ensure adherence to VET & RTO requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders to align training delivery with diverse expectations.
• Develop curriculum, course content and delivery methods in line with regulations and dnata policies.
• Monitor training quality in partnership with Training Specialists and the Training Manager.

Required profile

• Demonstrated leadership experience with a customer‑centric focus.
• Strong knowledge of competency‑based training and assessment.
• Excellent written and oral communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Understanding of program evaluation techniques and adult learning principles.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) or willingness to obtain it.
• Full driver’s licence.
