Training and Compliance Coordinator – Perth

About the role
The Training and Compliance Coordinator will join the People & Culture team at dnata’s Perth Airport facility. Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture, you will ensure that all staff meet training and compliance standards while staying engaged and informed.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily training and compliance needs across the business.
- Manage the full employee training lifecycle, including inductions, check‑ins, refreshers, qualifications and compliance tracking.
- Coordinate training schedules, rooms, equipment and trainers.
- Communicate with staff, managers, trainers and external stakeholders; send invites, reminders and updates.
- Deliver and support training sessions, including new‑hire inductions.
- Maintain accurate training and compliance records and produce regular reports.
- Prepare training materials, gather feedback and assist with program development.
Required profile
- Available Monday‑Friday, 38 hours per week.
- 2+ years experience coordinating and delivering training (preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisation, record‑keeping and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
