Training Advisor – Operational Training at Northparkes

About the role

We are seeking a Training Advisor to join Evolution Mining’s Northparkes Operations. In this 12‑month parental‑leave position you will help shape the capability, safety and success of our workforce by delivering high‑quality training, assessments and development programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and assess engaging training and learning programmes across site operations.
• Maintain training standards, competency requirements and ensure legislative compliance.
• Create and continuously improve learning resources, training materials and assessment tools.
• Mentor, coach and support new starters, apprentices, trainees and operational personnel.
• Partner with site leaders to identify capability gaps and provide practical training solutions that drive business performance.

Required profile

• Experience as a trainer or an operational professional looking to transition into a training career.
• Ability to influence workforce capability and support apprentices and trainees.
• Based at Northparkes Operations and able to work on‑site.
• Reporting to the Operational Training Coordinator.
