Trainer – Mining Solutions (ANZ)

About the role

Hexagon is seeking a Trainer to join its ANZ Customer Services team. Based in Perth, Queensland or NSW, you will deliver high‑quality training programmes that enable mining customers across APAC to adopt and optimise Hexagon’s autonomous and positioning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured training sessions (classroom, onsite, virtual) aligned with operational and technical requirements.
• Support system go‑live activities by providing hands‑on user training and operational guidance.
• Provide post‑training support and clarification to ensure sustainable system adoption.
• Follow an 8/6 roster, travelling between client sites, local offices and interstate locations as required.

Required profile

• Experienced professional with a background in field production environments, preferably within mining.
• Demonstrated ability to train others on mining systems and OT technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate both individual and group training sessions, offering coaching and performance guidance.
• Class C driver’s licence.
• Capability to explain safety integration in practical mining scenarios.
