Trainer & Assessor – First Aid and Health Care

About the role

Premium Health, a leading Registered Training Organisation, is seeking an energetic Registered Nurse or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join its team as a Trainer and Assessor. You will deliver high‑quality first aid and health‑care training to a diverse range of clients across the state, both online via Zoom and face‑to‑face at various locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group training sessions (Zoom and in‑person) for corporate, government and community clients.
• Travel to metropolitan and regional training sites as required.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training materials and utilise innovative training equipment.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through Premium Health.

Required profile

• Australian residency with full working rights.
• Current RN or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse registration (AHPRA).
• Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122).
• Valid driver’s licence and own insured vehicle.
• Willingness to work two set days (Monday and Tuesday) with flexibility for additional hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using Zoom and other virtual training platforms.
• Ability to operate and demonstrate first‑aid and health‑care training equipment.
