Trainer & Assessor – Aged Care & Individual Support

About the role
VIITE is looking for an experienced Trainer & Assessor to deliver and assess nationally recognised qualifications in aged care and individual support. You will work on campus in Melbourne, helping students achieve success while maintaining compliance with Australian VET standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver and assess CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support.
- Deliver and assess CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support.
- Support student learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure training and assessment practices meet Australian VET regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to assessments.
Required profile
- Current TAE (Trainer and Assessor) qualification.
- Relevant qualifications in Aged Care, Individual Support, Community Services, or a related field.
- Current industry experience in aged care or individual support.
- Strong understanding of the Australian VET sector.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
