Join ADE Consulting Group’s Geotechnical Laboratory team in Murarrie as a Trainee CMT Technician. This entry‑level position is designed for school leavers or candidates with little experience who are eager to develop practical skills in soil and construction material testing.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with laboratory testing of soils and construction materials.
• Support on‑site testing activities under supervision.
• Prepare samples, operate testing equipment, and record results.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness and safety standards.

Required profile

• Motivated and reliable with a willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of mathematics.
• Driver’s licence advantageous but not essential.
• Eligible to work in Australia.
