Trade Counter Assistant (I&P) - Minchinbury

About the role

Reece Irrigation and Pools is looking for a Trade Counter Assistant for its Minchinbury branch. As part of the Trade Counter team, you will help landscapers, irrigation specialists and other tradespeople access the products they need for outdoor spaces, while also carrying out other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service and product information
• Provide quotes in person and by phone
• Pick and pack orders and carry out stock control
• Keep the branch tidy and safe
• Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, enjoying helping customers in person and by phone
• Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information is accurate
• Clean, valid driver's licence
• Wishes to develop their career locally, within the network or at head office

• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems
