Trade Assistant

About the role
ACCIONA is seeking a Trade Assistant to support the Alkimos Desalination Plant project in Perth. You will work on‑site assisting tradespeople, ensuring work areas are organised and materials are where they are needed.
Key responsibilities
- Assist boilermakers, fitters and riggers with daily tasks.
- Support fabrication, welding and mechanical activities.
- Handle tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Set up and pack down work sites as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Required profile
- Possession of a White Card; trade‑specific tickets are a plus.
- Willingness to learn and follow direction on the job.
- Strong safety‑first attitude.
- Experience on large infrastructure or industrial projects is highly regarded.
