Territory Solution Specialist – Wound Closure

About the role

Join Johnson & Johnson's Wound Closure team in Perth as a Territory Solution Specialist. You will support hospital customers with inventory, billing, and product education while working alongside a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Drive inventory and supply excellence using MyShelf stock management, order generation and proactive support.
• Build trusted partnerships by providing education, product support and inventory solutions to healthcare professionals.
• Identify customer needs, collaborate with Product Specialists and uncover growth opportunities.
• Assist with product recalls, back‑order resolutions, training initiatives and cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Degree qualified; experience in hospital or operating theatre environment preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail, organised, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive can‑do attitude with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory management systems (e.g., MyShelf).
• Computer‑savvy with ability to learn new software quickly.
