Territory Development Representative – Phone Based

About the role

The Territory Development Representative – Phone Based joins the Field Sales Team to support remote and regional leads across NSW. You will drive revenue growth through proactive outbound calls, promote product ranges, and qualify leads for the field sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to promote products and current offers.
• Respond to customer inquiries, convert leads into sales opportunities, and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in CRM systems.
• Support the field sales team by qualifying end‑user leads and ensuring proper follow‑up.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional and proactive communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound or inside sales, call‑centre sales, or customer service with sales KPIs.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Results‑driven attitude with resilience to handle objections and meet targets.
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail when maintaining records and following processes.

Required skills

• Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) desirable.
