Territory Account Executive (Brisbane)

About the role

Square is expanding its high‑impact field sales organisation and is looking for a Territory Account Executive to own the Brisbane market. You will be the face of Square, helping local merchants adopt our integrated payment, software and financial services solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Spend ~80% of the week in the field, conducting 50–60 targeted business visits each week.
• Generate and qualify leads, deliver live product demos and close deals across Square’s full suite of hardware and software.
• Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with local sellers, acting as the go‑to Square expert in the territory.
• Increase Square’s visibility in the community through networking, events and partnership development.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while providing feedback to improve product positioning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field‑based sales, preferably in technology or payment solutions.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline from prospecting to close.
