Terminal Supervisor – Sydney Airport

About the role

As a Terminal Supervisor at Sydney Airport you will lead front‑line operations across the terminal and landside precincts. You will ensure a safe, secure and seamless experience for millions of passengers while supporting a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on‑ground operational response, maintaining safety, compliance and efficiency.
• Provide direction to operational staff and service providers during routine activities and critical incidents.
• Uphold high standards of customer service by fostering professionalism and responsiveness.
• Make timely decisions under pressure in medical, security or emergency situations and escalate as needed.
• Oversee terminal presentation and ensure adherence to safety and security requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to maintain service standards.
• Participate in incident response, operational awareness and day‑to‑day terminal oversight.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising or managing operational teams in a complex environment.
• Strong decision‑making abilities, especially under pressure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to maintain a customer‑focused culture.
• Flexibility to work in a fast‑changing, high‑traffic airport setting.
