About the role

MediCate Plus is launching a brand‑new telehealth clinic focused on integrative and medicinal‑cannabis care. We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or an early‑career GP/Junior Doctor to join our remote team, conduct phone consultations, assess patients, and create personalised treatment plans.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive telehealth assessments via phone calls.
• Develop and document individualised treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications where appropriate, adhering to Australian regulations.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and follow governance frameworks.
• Provide ongoing support and follow‑up to patients throughout their health journey.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as a Nurse Practitioner or Junior Doctor with prescribing authority.
• Australian work rights.
• Strong commitment to patient‑centred care and clear, compassionate communication.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while upholding professional standards.
