Telehealth GP & Registrar – Remote, Flexible Hours

About the role

NextClinic is seeking qualified General Practitioners and GP Registrars to deliver virtual consultations across Australia. This remote position offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and the ability to work from any location while using a purpose‑built telehealth platform.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct video and phone consultations with patients, providing diagnosis and treatment plans.
• Utilise integrated e‑prescribing to issue medications safely and efficiently.
• Document clinical encounters in accordance with AHPRA standards.
• Collaborate with NextClinic’s clinical and technical support teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain high‑quality, patient‑centred care while adhering to privacy and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Full AHPRA General Registration with MBBS or equivalent.
• Minimum of PGY4 experience (or equivalent senior clinical exposure).
• Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and decision‑making abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new digital health tools.
