Telehealth Doctor – Alternative Healthcare (Remote, Australia)

About the role

This fully remote position is for a qualified Medical Practitioner to join a fast‑growing telehealth clinic that delivers patient‑centred alternative healthcare across Australia. You will conduct phone or video consultations, assess patients comprehensively, and create personalised treatment plans while working from any location.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth consultations via phone or video, ensuring thorough clinical assessments.
• Develop and deliver personalised treatment plans based on clinical judgement.
• Prescribe appropriate medications in line with Australian regulations, including Schedule 8 where authorised.
• Maintain accurate, compliant patient records and documentation.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically to support patient understanding.
• Collaborate with internal onboarding, administration, and clinical support teams.
• Participate in optional clinical roundtables to share insights.

Required profile

• Current, valid, unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner in Australia.
• Eligibility to prescribe Schedule 8 medications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport remotely.
• Proven ability to work independently while upholding high ethical and clinical standards.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote telehealth environment.
• Willingness to engage with alternative healthcare frameworks (training provided).
