Telehandler Operator

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Telehandler Operator for its flagship Alkimos Desalination Plant project in Perth. You will operate a telehandler to move materials and equipment across the construction site, supporting various trades and ensuring smooth material flow.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a telehandler to lift, load, unload and place materials and equipment safely.
• Transport materials to work fronts and position loads accurately in tight or busy areas.
• Load and unload deliveries, ensuring correct placement and inventory control.
• Collaborate with riggers, trade crews and site supervisors to keep material flow aligned with project needs.

Required profile

• Valid Telehandler licence (additional plant tickets are a plus).
• Strong understanding of load limits and safe lifting practices.
• Safety‑first attitude with a commitment to site safety standards.
• Experience on large infrastructure or industrial projects is highly regarded.
