About the role
The Technology Solutions Architect will design and govern enterprise‑level solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop architecture across program work and provide guidance to technical teams.
- Maintain the Enterprise Repository with up‑to‑date architecture information.
- Support projects by identifying and managing risks and issues early.
- Represent solutions in forums to obtain endorsement and contribute to RFPs.
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience in solution architecture or related fields.
- Leadership experience and familiarity with academic technology environments is a plus.
Required skills
- Simple SAN/NAS solutions, cloud‑native and complex virtualised storage appliances.
- Fabric‑switched software‑defined data centre technologies.
- S3 Bucket, Blob Storage, Databricks.
- SQL/No‑SQL databases.
- CommVault, NetApps, EMC (FC, iSCSI, NAS, OSD, SAN).
