Technology Recruitment Billing Manager (Permanent) – Sydney

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technology Recruitment Billing Manager to lead our permanent technology division in Sydney while maintaining a high‑performing desk of your own. You will combine hands‑on recruitment with leadership, coaching and business development to grow the practice.

Key responsibilities

• Run your own permanent technology recruitment desk, managing the full sales cycle.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of five established recruiters.
• Define and execute business development strategy to expand market share.
• Coach consultants to improve consistency, billings and placement quality.
• Grow specialist practices across Software Engineering, AI & Data, Cloud & Infrastructure, and QA/Testing.

Required profile

• 5+ years of agency experience in technology recruitment.
• Proven track record as a permanent billing recruiter.
• Experience leading, mentoring or managing a recruitment or sales team.
• Structured, systemised approach to desk management.
• Desire to have genuine influence over a growing business.

• Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission up to 50%.
• Zero threshold model – 50% commission triggered at $180k billed per quarter.
