Technology Lead – Azure DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Technology Lead with deep expertise in Azure DevOps to design, build, and optimise cloud infrastructure. The role focuses on delivering scalable, secure, and cost‑effective Azure solutions through Infrastructure as Code and automated CI/CD pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Azure infrastructure using Bicep and YAML IaC templates.
• Create and manage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for build, test and deployment automation.
• Implement disaster‑recovery and environment‑rebuild processes with minimal downtime.
• Automate Azure Application Gateway configurations for multi‑tenant routing.
• Optimise performance, scalability and cost via autoscaling, Reserved Instances and usage analysis.
• Troubleshoot networking issues such as SNAT exhaustion, VNet integration and Private DNS.
• Monitor health and performance using Azure Monitor, Application Insights and custom dashboards.
• Collaborate with development, architecture and operations teams to enforce security and governance best practices.
• Provide production support, root‑cause analysis and preventive improvements.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of IT experience with Azure Cloud and DevOps.
• Hands‑on experience designing scalable Azure environments.
• Proven ability to automate deployments and manage complex networking setups.
