About the role
An iconic Australian company is looking for an experienced Technical Specialist to support the governance and operational management of a large enterprise Microsoft AI ecosystem, including Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio. The position is a contract role based in Melbourne with a hybrid working model.
Key responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft 365 and AI platform environments
- Maintain governance controls, policies and compliance frameworks
- Support Copilot agents, licensing, access reviews and lifecycle management
- Monitor platform performance and provide advanced technical support
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders and vendors
Required profile
- 5+ years' experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365 platforms
- Strong knowledge of Copilot, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange and Teams
- Experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Purview and Defender for Office 365
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Enterprise Copilot administration experience is highly regarded
