Technical Sourcer

About the role

This remote Technical Sourcer position supports a partner company in Australia by identifying and engaging top technology talent for global opportunities. You will work with an international recruitment team, building pipelines across software development, data, product, HR, and sales domains.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn and advanced search techniques.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Create compelling outreach messages, job descriptions, and candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate regular sourcing reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Technical Sourcer, Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; intermediate German is a plus.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Ability to manage priorities and handle multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with LinkedIn and other online sourcing platforms.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and data management.
