Technical Solutions Consultant

About the role

Zip is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to join its fast‑growing Australian team. You will work closely with Sales and Solutions teams to implement the Zip Integration Platform for a diverse set of enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate Zip into customers' IT landscapes, including ERP, ticketing, TPRM, CLM and other procurement tools.
• Design and document integration architecture based on customer requirements and third‑party API documentation.
• Build integrations using Zip’s internal iPaaS solution and perform unit testing with customers.
• Provide status reports, accurate estimations, and timelines to managers and clients.
• Collaborate with product teams to give feedback and improve the Zip product.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience integrating systems with ERP, P2P, ticketing, CLM, or TPRM platforms.
• Strong ability to translate technical information for varied audiences.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.
• Experience working with product and engineering teams and a focus on customer success.
