Technical Sales Representative – NSW

About the role

The Technical Sales Representative will deliver technical, colour and digital solutions to customers and distributors across New South Wales. You will support sales acquisition, demonstrate and validate solutions, and help launch new products and digital colour services within the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain required customer and distributor visit cycles, meeting objectives and action plans.
• Provide day‑to‑day technical, colour and training support to customers and distributors.
• Conduct new‑customer acquisition demos, showcasing digital and colour solutions against competitors.
• Support sales teams by presenting technical demo outcomes to target customers.
• Implement digital and colour solutions, including the Refinity platform, across all assigned accounts.
• Identify painter skill gaps, deliver onsite training, resolve complaints promptly, and perform technical vehicle inspections.
• Execute system conversions, customer trainings and technology transfers while identifying improvement opportunities.
• Update Customer Skills Assessment and Salesforce databases regularly.

Required profile

• Ability to travel across New South Wales to meet customers and distributors.
• Strong technical, colour and digital knowledge to support customers.
• Experience delivering training and on‑site demonstrations.
