Technical Recruiter – 12‑Month Contract (Finance Tech)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing financial services firm as a Technical Recruiter on a 12‑month contract. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for technology talent, working from a central business district office with a supportive, high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Run end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of tech roles, from early engagement to offer.
• Source candidates for software development, data engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, cybersecurity and related areas.
• Design creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and hard‑to‑find talent.
• Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to forecast and plan talent needs.
• Advise on interview techniques, market insights and best‑practice recruitment.
• Use data and tools to track, analyse and optimise the hiring funnel.
• Deliver a seamless candidate experience that reflects the company’s culture.
• Contribute to recruitment strategy and team initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting technology talent, preferably in financial services, tech or professional services.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, intellectually demanding environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Energetic, curious and passionate about building great teams.
