Technical Lead - Power Platform

About the role
This contract position supports a key Federal Government department in designing and delivering end‑to‑end solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform. You will lead the technical delivery of Power Apps, Power Platform and SharePoint Online projects that underpin core business systems.
Key responsibilities
- Design complete Microsoft Power Platform solutions from concept to deployment.
- Develop complex Power Apps and related platform components.
- Support the build, testing and implementation of solutions.
- Collaborate with users to capture and translate business requirements.
- Act as a technical mentor for developers and a liaison for stakeholders.
Required profile
- Australian citizenship with baseline security clearance (or ability to obtain).
- 5+ years experience as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect on Power Platform projects.
- Proven experience delivering complex Power Platform solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and project leadership skills.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
