Technical Lead Full Stack Mobile – AI

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Lead to drive the development of our AI‑enabled mobile applications. You will own the full‑stack mobile architecture, guide a team of engineers, and ensure delivery of high‑quality, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of React Native mobile apps with AI components.
• Define and enforce coding standards, architecture patterns, and best practices.
• Manage agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming as Scrum Master.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers using Figma to translate designs into functional features.
• Create detailed user stories and tasks in Jira.
• Integrate third‑party services such as Google Maps and payment gateways.
• Implement unit testing with Jest and ensure test coverage.
• Mentor junior developers and promote continuous learning.

Required profile

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on React Native development.
• Proven leadership experience in a technical lead or Scrum Master role.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
