Tech Lead – Hybrid

About the role

The Engineering Tech Lead owns technical quality, architectural direction, and engineering standards within a product team. This is a hands‑on ownership role where you will contribute code, ship features and lead technical initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive RFCs, Decision Logs and make architectural decisions that balance quality, velocity and simplicity.
• Hold the line on engineering standards such as test coverage, PR quality and deployment practices.
• Lead technical initiatives end‑to‑end, break down work and ensure delivery.
• Diagnose complex cross‑service production issues and improve observability, error handling and logging.
• Mentor engineers through code review, pairing and informal guidance.
• Identify and raise technical risk (debt, scalability, security) and escalate when needed.
• Write code and ship features across frontend, backend and mobile.

Required profile

• Senior‑level engineer with strong ownership mindset.
• Comfortable collaborating with Engineering Manager and Product Design Manager.
• Ability to balance technical excellence with product impact.
