Tech Lead (DevSecOps)

About the role

Blinq is looking for a Tech Lead who will own the security and infrastructure strategy for its AI‑driven contacts platform. You will combine deep backend engineering expertise with a security‑first mindset to shape how the product scales safely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical direction for secure Node.js/TypeScript backend development.
• Hardening of cloud environments and implementation of security best practices.
• Own security incident detection, response, and continuous improvement of the security posture.
• Lead compliance initiatives and ensure alignment with industry standards.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams on DevSecOps practices.
• Collaborate closely with product and platform teams to balance security with feature delivery.
