Team Member – Byron Bay

About the role

Grill'd, a fast-casual burger chain with 180+ restaurants across Australia, is looking for friendly, energetic Team Members for its restaurant in Byron Bay. The preferred restaurant is chosen during the application. The role covers kitchen and service tasks such as flipping patties, chatting with guests and preparing food.

Required profile

• No experience needed; training is provided.
• A positive attitude and a passion for making people's day.
• Team player who works well with others.
• Good communicator who enjoys connecting with customers.
• Availability for a mix of weekday, weeknight and weekend shifts.
• Right to work in Australia and age 16 or older.
