Team Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

Lead and motivate teams across multiple Woolworths stores, ensuring trolley availability and pristine store conditions. This full‑time salaried position requires flexible availability for early mornings, days, late nights and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team responsible for cleaning, trolley collection and waste support.
• Create and manage rosters to cover all daily operational tasks.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership to identify challenges, opportunities and priorities.
• Handle time‑and‑attendance activities, track hours and manage absences.
• Order consumables such as cleaning supplies within budget.
• Perform hands‑on operational tasks alongside the team.

Required profile

• Ambitious mindset with a passion for retail and people.
• Physical fitness for demanding tasks and ability to work in various store areas.
• Organised, ensuring team has equipment and supplies for safe, efficient work.
• Comfortable working within regulated frameworks (Food Safety, industrial regulations, code of conduct).
• Valid full Australian driver’s licence (Green P’s or full licence).
