Team Leader – Retail Store

About the role

AMX is seeking a motivated Team Leader to guide its Pakenham store and team to success. You will report to the Store Manager and ensure operational standards are second to none while driving store KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high operational standards and achieve store KPIs.
• Oversee merchandising, stock integrity, and roster management.
• Train new staff and ensure they meet performance expectations.
• Drive sales, wage, KPI and stock loss targets.

Required profile

• Retail management experience with a proven ability to lead teams.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and ability to achieve sales and stock loss targets.
• Effective communication and motivational techniques.
• Resilience and commitment to grow the business.
