Team Leader – Recruitment (Finance)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to drive our finance‑focused recruitment practice across Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney. You will lead client accounts, build networks and deliver top‑tier talent solutions while representing Fuse at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow established client accounts within the finance, private equity, fund management and wealth management sectors.
• Nurture professional networks and provide exceptional talent solutions to meet client needs.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, positioning Fuse as a trusted industry partner.
• Represent Fuse at networking and industry events, with entertainment allowances and sponsorship support.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience, preferably in finance‑focused markets.
• Consultative mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Passion for people and a drive to achieve results and grow a desk autonomously.
