Team Leader – Employment Services

About the role

Asuria is seeking a proactive Team Leader to oversee its Workforce Australia Services team across multiple sites in New South Wales. You will drive operational excellence, support participants toward sustainable employment, and contribute to the company’s growth mindset culture.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to shape strategic and business plans.
• Allocate assets and resources to meet operational and financial targets.
• Recruit, onboard, train and coach staff, tailoring support to achieve objectives.
• Develop and review individualized job plans for participants.
• Monitor participant engagement, progress, and data entry in the Employment Services System.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an operational management role.
• Minimum of 2 years in the Employment Services industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Well‑developed interpersonal abilities and business acumen.
• Valid Police Check and Working with Children Check; ability to set up a myGovID.
