Team Lead – IT Services

About the role

Naptico Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated Team Lead to drive daily operations, ensure high‑quality service delivery, and act as a liaison between management and the team. The ideal candidate will lead by example, support team members, and help the department achieve its performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and motivate a team to meet performance targets and KPIs.
• Delegate tasks, set clear goals and expectations for team members.
• Monitor performance, provide coaching and timely feedback.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth workflows and resolve issues.
• Handle escalations and resolve customer or internal problems efficiently.
• Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and address concerns.
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes and quality standards.
• Prepare performance reports and present updates to management.
• Foster a positive, high‑performance team culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
• 4–6 years of total work experience, including 1–2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong team‑management and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem‑solving attitude with conflict‑resolution capabilities.
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
