Teacher Assistant – Learning Enrichment (Junior School)

About the role

Redeemer Lutheran College is seeking a dedicated Teacher Assistant – Learning Enrichment for its Junior School. This full‑time, term‑time position provides individualized support to a student with complex needs, helping them access learning, participate fully in school life, and achieve personal goals within an inclusive, values‑based Christian environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one learning support tailored to the student’s physical, developmental, social and emotional needs.
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, specialist staff and families to implement individual support plans.
• Assist with behaviour support strategies, personal care routines and independence‑building activities throughout the school day.
• Monitor progress and communicate observations to the teaching team to inform ongoing adjustments.
