Tax Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join a well‑established professional services firm. You will work with a diverse portfolio of listed multinationals, large private businesses and SMEs, delivering high‑value tax and advisory solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and tax returns for all entity types (excluding SMSF).
• Provide corporate and international tax advice, including business structuring, R&D incentives, valuations, due diligence and succession planning.
• Manage complex transactions and calculate Div7A, CGT and FBT obligations.
• Deliver creative advisory services that optimise clients' financial positions.
• Collaborate with audit, cyber‑security and broader business advisory teams to offer holistic solutions.

Required profile

• 7+ years experience in an Australian accounting firm.
• Tertiary qualifications in accounting or commerce.
• MYOB knowledge and XECA/CPA qualification to be completed at time of application.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with ambition to progress.
