Talent Resourcer

About the role

AP+ is looking for a part‑time Talent Resourcer to join its Talent team. The role is based in the CBD office and offers flexible hours, making it ideal for return‑to‑work parents or anyone seeking meaningful work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage high‑quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases and targeted outreach via phone and email.
• Support talent‑mapping initiatives by identifying competitor organisations, target talent pools and building pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and talent pipelines within the ATS, ensuring data integrity and a positive candidate experience.

Required profile

• Early‑career or established professional with up to 3 years of experience in recruiting or resourcing across multiple sectors.
• Strong sourcing and talent‑mapping capability with a proven track record of engaging passive candidates.
• Highly organised, resilient and driven to meet targets while juggling multiple priorities.
