Talent Partner – Multiple Temp, Contract & Permanent Roles

About the role

As a Talent Partner you will collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver high‑quality recruitment outcomes across a broad spectrum of professional and technical positions. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination, while enjoying a flexible, hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end recruitment for professional and technical roles
• Proactive sourcing and talent pipelining through multiple channels
• Stakeholder management and ongoing client engagement
• Preparation and posting of role briefs and job advertisements
• Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
• Managing offers and coordinating onboarding processes
• Providing high‑quality candidate care throughout the recruitment process
• Maintaining accurate records within ATS systems

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment (agency or in‑house)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and competing priorities
• Confident sourcing capability and candidate engagement approach
• Experience in contract and temporary recruitment highly regarded
• A proactive, solutions‑focused and professional attitude
