Talent Partner

About the role

As a Talent Partner you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a portfolio of Guzman y Gomez restaurants across NSW and ACT. You will work closely with Operations leaders to attract and hire cooks, crew members, shift leaders and restaurant managers, ensuring a steady flow of talent for one of Australia’s fastest‑growing fast‑food brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high‑volume recruitment for multiple restaurant locations, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with Operations managers to understand hiring needs and build talent pipelines.
• Utilise recruitment technology including SmartRecruiters, Workday and AI tools such as Claude and Granola.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting.
• Represent GYG at interstate conferences and events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume recruitment, either in‑house or agency, preferably in retail, hospitality, call‑centres or customer service.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with candidates at all levels.
• Solution‑oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities without losing focus.
• Excellent attention to detail.
