About the role

Join a high‑performing, collaborative Talent team at Transport for NSW. As a Talent Coordinator you will support a group of Talent Specialists, providing governance and administrative services in a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruitment environment. This fixed‑term position runs until 18 December 2026 and offers a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end pre‑employment checks process.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and supervise online testing.
• Process new recruitment requests, ensuring compliance with governance principles.
• Provide administrative support to candidates, hiring managers and Talent Specialists.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and deliver a high‑quality candidate experience.

Required profile

• Previous administration experience in talent acquisition or HR transactional roles within a large, complex organisation.
• Exceptional ability to prioritise tasks and meet multiple deadlines without compromising detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Flexibility to work at pace in a service‑delivery focused environment.
