Talent Acquisition Specialist – Sydney

About the role

HPX Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its fast‑growing People Team in Sydney. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to own the full recruitment lifecycle and ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and professional networks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings, coordinate interview schedules and support hiring managers throughout the process.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Ensure a positive, consistent candidate experience from first contact to offer.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience in a busy environment.
• Strong sourcing abilities and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
• Solid understanding of hiring best practices and clear, confident communication.
• Proactive, adaptable attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
